This appeal is from a judgment in which the trial court found that Respondent, Mark A. Landers (Plaintiff), and his successors and assigns were entitled to a thirty-foot prescriptive easement for a road across adjoining property owned by Defendants Michael D. Huffman and Lila L. Huffman and occupied by Defendant Dean Huffman. It also permanently enjoined Defendants from interfering with the use of the roadway. Only Michael D. Huffman (Appellant) appeals...
