Richard Hargrave was convicted, after a jury trial, of the class C felony of stealing, § 570.030, RSMo 1994, and sentenced as a prior and persistent offender to ten years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. A motion for judgment of acquittal was filed at the close of the evidence, but overruled. Hargrave filed a pro se Rule 29.15 motion seeking post-conviction relief.
