In this appeal, we are asked to decide whether the absence of security guards at a softball field was a proximate cause of injuries sustained by the appellant, Steven Donnell, during a softball game in which he was playing. Donnell complains that the trial court erred in granting the appellee, Spring Sports, Inc. d/b/a Softball Plus, a take-nothing summary judgment against him and in denying his counter-motion for partial summary...
