The State of Washington condemned land owned by Farmers Union Grain Company and leased by Paccar Automotive, Inc. Paccar sought a portion of the condemnation award for the unexpired term of the lease and the value of any fixtures. The court granted Farmers' motion for summary judgment, declaring Farmers was entitled to the entire condemnation award, and denied Paccar's cross-motion for summary judgment.
