WILNER, Chief Judge.

The ultimate issue in this appeal is one of insurance coverage; the particular issue is whether appellant Rocco Luppino's suit against Vigilant Insurance Company is barred by limitations. The Circuit Court for Prince George's County held that it was and granted the insurer's motion for summary judgment. We shall reverse that judgment.

Luppino once owned a home in Prince George's County protected by a Quality Protection Homeowner's policy...
