Darrell Johnson appeals from the district court's denial of postconviction relief after holding an evidentiary hearing on Johnson's motion for relief. Johnson was charged with two counts of committing incest with his daughter, in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-703 (Reissue 1995). As part of a plea bargain, Johnson pled guilty to one count.
