Chad Allen Beers was convicted of escape from federal custody, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 751(a). The district court1 imposed a sentence of 60 months, consecutive to any undischarged prior term of imprisonment; 3 years supervised release; and a $50.00 special assessment.
