The appellant, David G. Lindsey ("Lindsey"), was tried by the court on three counts of statutory rape. The court convicted Lindsey on one count and sentenced him to forty-five years imprisonment, with thirty-three years suspended. On appeal, Lindsey argues that the trial court erred in (1) admitting into evidence a complaint of rape made approximately two years after the alleged incident; and (2) allowing the witness to relate details of the complaint...
