Mary Perrodin, a former employee of the St. Landry Parish School Board, was injured in a work-related accident on November 30, 1990. The School Board paid her temporary total disability benefits (TTD) of $162.19 per week through August 4, 1994, terminating payments after she refused the School Board's offer of a modified position. In November of 1994, Perrodin filed the instant claim, seeking reinstatement of benefits, penalties, and attorney fees...
