This case arises from a debt collection action begun by plaintiff Zeeland Farm Services, Inc., against defendant JBL Enterprises, Inc., in which plaintiff sought to recover the balance due on defendant's open account and the attorney fees incurred in collecting the debt as permitted by the credit agreement.
