KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

Appellant has been held in civil contempt for refusing to testify before a grand jury on the ground that her testimony would incriminate her in violation of her rights under the Fifth Amendment. We reverse.

Appellant was served with two grand jury subpoenas. One was directed to her in her personal capacity, and the other was directed to the custodian of records for a corporation of which she is the sole officer and director...
