This action was instituted in the Office of Workers' Compensation on April 4, 1994 with the filing of a disputed claim for compensation and a rehabilitation services dispute form by West Jefferson Medical Center (West Jefferson). The form avers that Miguel Rivera, an employee of West Jefferson, "has no objective findings to substantiate his subjective complaints", and seeks reimbursement of compensation paid...
