Appellant Gerald Joseph Post was tried by a jury on four indictments, each charging him with aggravated robbery. The jury found appellant guilty of all four aggravated robberies and assessed his punishment at forty years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice on each of the four guilty verdicts.
