This matter having come on to be heard by leave granted and oral argument having been heard, on order of the Court, we REVERSE the judgments of the Court of Appeals and the Oakland County Probate Court. For the reasons stated by the dissenting judge in the Court of Appeals, we find the probate court abused its discretion in denying the prosecutor's motion to waive jurisdiction to the circuit court.
