The defendant, Richard L. Durr, was charged by bill of information with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:95.1. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the defendant pled guilty as charged, and under State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976), reserved his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress.
