The State brings this error proceeding under Neb.Rev.Stat. § 29-2315.01 (Reissue 1995) from a ruling of the district court reversing the county court's conviction of Harold D. Connick, Jr., for third-offense driving while under the influence of alcohol (DUI), in violation of Neb.Rev.Stat. § 60-6,196 (Reissue 1993).
