Missouri death row inmate Ralph C. Feltrop was convicted of murdering and dismembering his live-in girlfriend, Barbara Ann Roam. The Missouri Supreme Court affirmed the conviction and death sentence, and the denial of Feltrop's petition for state post-conviction relief, in State v. Feltrop, 803 S.W.2d 1
