Appellant, Louis de la Vergne, appeals a judgment of the trial court dismissing his action against Daniel de Pradel de Lamaze ("Lamaze") for breach of fiduciary duties to their partnership. Appellant entered into a business relationship with Lamaze (who lives in France) in the early 1980's for the acquisition of property in the United States.
