PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with and ultimately convicted by a jury of possession with intent to deliver 50 grams or more but less than 225 grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(1) and (2)(a)(iii); M.S.A. § 14.15(7401)(1) and (2)(a)(iii). Defendant was sentenced to a term of ten to twenty years' imprisonment. Defendant appeals as of right. We affirm.
