On July 30, 1996, this Court granted partial summary judgment for the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), on its claims against Michael Levine. At issue were two series of trades by Levine that the SEC alleged violated Section 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 14e-3 promulgated thereunder.
