Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Walker (Walker1) appeal the summary judgment dismissal of their damage claims against United Cabs, Inc. (United) arising out of an intersectional collision between their vehicle and a United taxicab driven by Virgil Kroop, Sr.

For the following reasons, we set aside the summary judgment and remand.
