Plaintiff filed this action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claiming that his civil rights were violated when he was strip searched by the defendants. Originally plaintiff complained of four separate strip searches. Plaintiff alleges in his complaint that these strip searches were unreasonable under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments, violated his right to privacy under the Fourth, Fifth, Ninth and Fourteenth...
