Rex Allen, Jr., (plaintiff) appeals a judgment entered in favor of Jim Watson and Charles Morrisett (hereafter sometimes collectively referred to as defendants), following a jury trial, in an action for breach of contract. Plaintiff contends he was entitled to judgment as a matter of law; that the trial court erred in not granting a directed verdict or judgment notwithstanding the verdict regarding the existence of a contract.
