DICKENSON, Justice.

The jury convicted Jane D. Mullings of 95 felony offenses which were committed in connection with her operation of bingo games for: the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 8460 Auxiliary; the Comanche Hospital Guild; and the Comanche County Crime Stoppers, Inc. The offenses were listed as separate counts in one indictment, and they were jointly tried. The jury assessed appellant's punishment...
