On June 10, 1995, J.G.,1 a juvenile, was charged with one count of simple burglary and one count of illegal possession of stolen things. The juvenile denied the charges on July 5, 1995, at which time indigent defender, Brian Caubarreaux, was appointed to represent the juvenile. Although the minutes do not reflect when Caubarreaux was relieved of his appointment, the minutes of September 18, 1995, indicate that indigent defender...
