Ruth Hagan appeals an order granting a new trial in her personal injury action against Sun Bank of Mid-Florida, N.A. (Sun Bank). Following a favorable jury verdict for Ms. Hagan, the trial court granted Sun Bank's motion for new trial because it concluded that Ms. Hagan's attorney's closing argument, "in its totality," was so "inflammatory and prejudicial as to preclude the jury's rational consideration...
