More than two years after entry of a final decree of divorce, the trial judge entered an order that purported to grant John G. Decker credits for mortgage and tax payments he made for property jointly owned with his former wife, Joy Frances McFadin Decker. Those payments began during the divorce proceeding and continued as ordered in the final decree of divorce. The wife contends that the trial judge (1) did not have jurisdiction to enter the order...
