This appeal arises from a breach of contract action. Appellant, Emery Air Freight Corporation, d/b/a Emery Worldwide ("Emery") filed a suit for breach of contract against appellee General Transport Systems, Inc. ("GTS") for its failure to add appellant as an "additional insured" in its liability insurance policies. Emery filed a motion for summary judgment, and GTS filed a cross-motion for summary judgment.
