Henry Earl Ester ("Appellant") appeals his joint conviction of the crimes of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The jury found Appellant guilty and the enhancement paragraphs true. Based on the jury's assessment, the trial court sentenced Appellant to 20 years' imprisonment and a $10,000 fine for the unlawful possession charge, and 75 years' imprisonment for the charge of unauthorized use of a motor...
