Billie Daniel Brumbalow appeals from a revocation of community supervision. TEX. CODE CRIM.PROC.ANN. art. 42.12, § 21 (Vernon Supp.1996). In October 1993, Brumbalow pled guilty to the offense of indecency with a child and was sentenced to ten years in prison. TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 21.11 (Vernon 1994).
