(FGB hereinafter) filed suit on 20 May 1993 against the makers and mortgagors of a note and mortgage alleging default and seeking payment of the outstanding accelerated indebtedness of $152,619.51 with interest at the rate of 9)6% from 1 February 1991, together with amounts advanced by FGB for taxes, insurance, assessments, repairs, maintenance, attorney's fees and costs of the proceedings...
