Pending before this Court are the second motion for summary judgment filed by defendant DPC Industries, Inc. ("DPC") and the second motion for summary judgment filed by defendant Terry Lee Pierce ("Pierce"). Plaintiff John E. McCray ("McCray") filed this employment discrimination suit against Defendants under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq.
