Defendant-appellants Kyle Rucker, The Alumni Investment Co., Inc. (TAIC) and Delta Kappa Epsilon Fraternity (DEKE) appeal the trial court's decision to grant a preliminary injunction, as requested by the plaintiff-appellee, the City of New Orleans, to prohibit the use of a fraternity house in an area zoned multi-family residential.
