Defendant was tried capitally and found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder for the deaths of Emmanuel Oguayo and Donald Ray Bryant. Defendant was also found guilty of two counts of robbery with a firearm as to Emmanuel Oguayo and Lindanette Walker and guilty of first-degree kidnapping as to Donald Bryant.
