OPINION

NORTON, Judge.

Father appeals from an order increasing his child support obligation. He contends the administrative law judge (ALJ) committed reversible error when he increased support without a finding regarding the children's needs. Father also challenges the ALJ's use of four dependency exemptions to calculate father's current net income, and the ALJ's treatment of old tax debt as a personal debt for purposes of calculating father's support obligation...
