Appellant, Thomas B. Frederick, appeals from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Defiance County finding a debt owed by appellant to his exwife, Nancy A. Bratton, appellee, nondischargeable.

On November 15, 1979, the Court of Common Pleas of Defiance County granted appellee a divorce from appellant. According to the divorce decree, appellant was responsible for maintaining medical, dental and optical insurance coverage for the parties...
