Appellant, Earl Oneal Wilemon, appeals from an order of the 13th District Court, Navarro County, modifying a prior order in a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship (SAPCR). In five points of error Appellant alleges the trial court erred in: 1) modifying the custody order and the child support order without properly serving him with notice; 2) setting child support payments at $1,000...
