Francesco Carlin ("Carlin") and Compagnia Italiana Di Ricerca E Sviluppo S.R.L. ("CIRS") appeal from an interlocutory order of the trial court denying an application to compel arbitration. TEX. CIV. PRAC. & REM. CODE ANN. § 171.017(a)(1) (Vernon 1986 & Supp.1996). In six points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in not compelling 3V Inc. to arbitrate.
