Appellant Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., (Schwab) appeals the certification of a class action by the trial court. It alleges that the trial court erred because: 1) individual issues predominate over the issues of the class; 2) this plaintiff is an inadequate class representative; and, 3) the case is inappropriate for class treatment.
