Defendants Shamaeizadeh, Reed, and Ford were indicted for violations of federal drug laws in the District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. The sole issue on appeal is whether the district court properly invalidated a search warrant on the ground that it was not supported by probable cause. We hold that the redacted affidavit relied upon by the issuing magistrate lacked a substantial basis for establishing probable cause...
