Defendant was charged by bill of information with aggravated oral sexual battery, in violation of La.R.S. 14:43.4. On July 18, 1995, defendant appeared in open court, waived formal arraignment and pled guilty to the charge. The trial court fully Boykinized defendant and informed him of the possible penalty.
