This case concerns the duty of a landlord to protect its tenants from the criminal acts of third persons. The appellant, Hazel Kinchen Hall, and her son, seventeen-year old Kendall Dolls, were tenants in the Jefferson Manor Apartments. The apartments were operated by the appellee, Rental Management, Inc.
