Appellant, Ricardo Gonzales ("Gonzales"), appeals from a final judgment in favor of appellees, the Hearst Corporation and the Houston Chronicle Publishing Company (the "Chronicle"). Finding no evidence the Chronicle knowingly printed appellant's name falsely or with reckless disregard as to its truthfulness, the trial court granted appellees' motion for instructed verdict, and entered a take nothing judgment.
