We granted certiorari to review the decision of the court of appeals in Farmers Insurance Exchange v. Wiglesworth, 903 P.2d 659 (Colo.App.1994), which held, inter alia, that whether the driver of a vehicle is a "permissive driver" for insurance coverage purposes depends on the factual circumstances of each case.
