The plaintiff, Joseph W. Keating, is a real estate developer. He claims that in 1974 he entered into an oral partnership with the defendants, Louis Allocco, Joseph Marrin and Robert Golding (since deceased and at the time an attorney with the defendant Winston & Strawn) for the purpose of developing a parcel of land in Lake Villa, Illinois, now known as "Deep Lake Hermitage." In 1984, he filed a five count complaint...
