John Doe appeals the trial judge's order granting a directed verdict to Berkeley Publishers, d/b/a The Berkeley Independent ("Berkeley") on Doe's claims of invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress. We affirm the grant of a directed verdict on intentional infliction of emotional distress; we reverse the grant of a directed verdict on invasion of privacy, and remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion....
