CORNELIUS, Chief Justice.

Shannon McKillip appeals an adverse summary judgment rendered in her suit against Employers Fire Insurance Company for breach of contract, negligence, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.1 Because we find that Employers' summary judgment motion did not negate McKillip's causes of action for negligence and DTPA violations, we reverse the summary judgment as to those causes...
