The crime underlying this appeal was previously considered by this court in Doleman v. State, 107 Nev. 409, 812 P.2d 1287 (1991). Appellant Marvin Lewis Doleman, A/K/A Marvin Louis Doleman, ("Doleman") was charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon, attempted murder with the use of a deadly weapon, and two counts of robbery with the use of a deadly weapon.
