YANEZ, Justice.

In July 1992, pursuant to a plea bargain, appellant pled nolo contendere to four separate felony offenses (escape, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a firearm, and tampering with evidence). The trial court followed the plea recommendation, deferred adjudication and placed appellant on probation for ten years in each case.
