Defendant appeals as of right his convictions by jury of receiving and concealing stolen property valued over $100, M.C.L. § 750.535(1); M.S.A. § 28.803(1), and concealing or misrepresenting the identity of a motor vehicle with intent to mislead, M.C.L. § 750.415(2); M.S.A. § 28.647(2). With respect to the receiving and concealing conviction, defendant was sentenced to three years' probation, fined $5,000, and ordered...
